Why We Started This
The 88 Days Worker team comes from diverse backgrounds in agriculture, recruitment, and travel. We've all worked farm jobs ourselves and understand the challenges.
When we were backpackers, finding farm work was frustrating. Agencies charged high fees. Farms struggled to find reliable workers. Communication was slow and difficult.
We thought there had to be a better way. Direct, honest, no-nonsense.
We built 88 Days Australia to remove the middle people, reduce fees, speed up hiring, and make the process transparent for everyone involved.
